• Refund Eligibility: Products that are returned in their original, unopened packaging within 7 days after purchase may be eligible for a refund. The item needs to be in its original, unused condition in order to be eligible.

• Products that aren’t refundable: Owing to hygienic and safety reasons, some products—like prescription drugs, health-related consumables, and personal hygiene items—cannot be returned.
